At MA’s Glam Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are required to provide a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty or significantly different from its description.
If you believe your item is faulty or was damaged during shipping, please contact us at masglamjewellery@gmail.com first before returning the item.
• You must return faulty items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Customers will initially cover the shipping and handling costs, but this amount will be refunded once we have received and assessed the item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed (please allow 2-3 weeks for processing)
No Returns or Exchanges on:
- Sale Items will not be accepted for return or exhange unless damaged
- Items that show signs of intentional damage or misuse will not be accepted for return or
- Items that are received by the customers after 7 days and did not return will not be accepted for return or exchange
Change of Mind Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Australian retailers are not legally required to provide refunds if a customer simply changes their mind. While some larger retailers may offer this as a courtesy, MA’s Glam Collection does not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
We strongly encourage you to review our product details carefully before making a purchase. If you frequently change your mind about purchases, we recommend shopping with retailers that explicitly offer change-of-mind refunds.
