Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched by MA's Glam Jewellery within 1 to 4 business days of order receipt.

Each customer will receive an order, shipping and tracking number for each delivery via email.

Note that every item is thoroughly checked before shipping it to you, but in an event where the item(s) arrived damaged or faulty please contact us straight away.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. MA’s Glam Jewellery is not liable for any delays, losses, or delivery errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered by the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (Australia Post), we are no longer responsible for the handling or delivery of your parcel. Any issues that arise after dispatch, including delays, lost or stolen items, or delivery disputes, must be resolved directly with the carrier.

We stronglyrecommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local customs authority. All international parcels are shipped by DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) which means fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees, in order to receive the parcel. We are not able to advise the amounts of what these fees might be. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on parcels coming from overseas.
